Terms and Conditions

Booking conditions

Reservations are subject to accommodation availability and payment confirmation.
To confirm the reservation, the guest must make the corresponding payment, as stated in the listing.

All booking fees, deposits, cleaning fees, cancellation fees, or other conditions are those advertised at any given time in the listing.

All prices include VAT at the legally applicable rate.

Payment options

Reservation payments may be made by credit card, PayPal, MB Way, bank transfer, bank reference, or payment at check-in.
Guests are also subject to the specific rules available in the accommodation listing.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival (unless otherwise stated in the listing), after requesting a refund from Alojamento Pando.

Stay conditions

The reservation holder must be at least 18 years old and must stay at the reserved accommodation for the entire stay.
Guests under 18 years of age may only stay if accompanied by an adult who is the reservation holder.

The reservation holder must provide a valid phone number and email address.
Smoking inside the accommodation is not permitted.
Parties are not allowed inside the accommodation.

Under paragraph (a) of no. 1 of Article 45 of the Convention Implementing the Schengen Agreement, the accommodation of foreign citizens must be reported to SEF, including all those who do not hold Portuguese nationality.
For this purpose, all guests of foreign nationality must provide all identification information by the check-in date at the latest, via the Accommodation Bulletin.

Guests must notify the host of any damage to the accommodation, contents, equipment, or facilities that occurs during their stay, even if they believe the damage is due to normal wear and not their responsibility.
Failure to notify the host may result in the guest being held liable for such damage.

Check-in and Check-out

Unless otherwise agreed, check-in is allowed from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-out is until 11:00 AM, and all guests must vacate the accommodation by that time.

Any changes to check-in and check-out dates or times must be confirmed by the host.

The host is not responsible for any items left in the accommodation after check-out.
Any items found may be returned upon request.

The guest is fully responsible for all costs related to the return of their belongings.

Cleaning, bed linen, and towels

The accommodation will be cleaned prior to the guest's arrival.
The basic service includes one set of towels, bed linen, and extra blankets.

Additional cleaning services and products, including linen and towel changes, may be provided for stays longer than 7 nights, upon request.

Guests must keep the accommodation as organized and clean as possible and return it in the best possible condition at check-out.
Guests must not leave trash inside the accommodation or next to the door and must use the designated street trash bins.

Any lost or stolen bed linen or towels will be charged to the guest.
If any decorative item or property asset is damaged or missing, the cost of the damage will be assessed and charged accordingly.

Noise, illegal activity, and safety

According to the law, the nighttime quiet period is between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM; therefore, guests must keep noise to a minimum.

Guests must not disturb neighbors, particularly when opening or closing the accommodation door or the building entrance door (when applicable).

Reservations for illegal or immoral activities are not accepted.
Guests are primarily responsible for their own safety during the stay.

Legislation and force majeure

This contract is entered into between the guests and the host, who is duly authorized to intermediate the rental of the accommodation.
This contract grants guests authorization to occupy the accommodation for the agreed period and under the agreed terms.

Guests are not tenants of the accommodation and do not have exclusive possession of it.

In the rare event that a reserved accommodation becomes unavailable due to damage caused by circumstances beyond the host's control, such as water or gas leaks, the host will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused.

Amendments and applicable jurisdiction

The host reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time, as necessary.

These terms and conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
Portuguese courts have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of legal action relating to any reservation.
